Port to Vue.js

This will take some time.

Steps:

• [x] Add Vue.js, integrate with Webpack and TypeScript.
• [x] Deactivate Angular code, but keep sources.
• [x] Port over services to static ES2015 modules.
• [x] Port over Angular controllers/directives to Vue.js components and directives.
• [x] Finally remove Angular source.

From the testing we have done, this seems to be on the same level as the angular version (with most notable change that it is about 5k lines less). It should be ready to go, although some further testing might be nice.
