Common Menu to disable gapclosers #421

AntiGapcloser.cs - Added Common Menu to allow disabling spells AntiGapcloser.cs - Fixed a bug if a skillshot gapcloser gets casted outside of cast range AntiGapcloser.cs - Disabled gapclosers that cannot be crowd controlled (Malph R, Hecarim R)

Yeah close this for now. I will make another pull request later on with something that works well.
