How do i update and other stuff

do I have to uninstall the old one and install the new one and move all the skins?

I also couldn't find where I downloaded the cs manger in my folders its just gone, would you happen to know a easy way to find the folder.

Also, my game sometime freeze for a quick sec while using the manger.
