Game crashing and files corrupt while mod manager running #48

The game crashes at random intervals on summoners rift then when loading back in only allows loading to 11% before crashing again, other times when just running in the background during a game of TFT it corrupts the files in to thinking the previous set is available, showing champions for purchase that don't exist or not showing any at all, and then crashing the same as summoners rift and not loading past 11%. Closing the mod manager solves the problems completely and 2 fresh installs of the game did not help. I am only using one mod loaded - Star Guardian Ahri announcer, downloaded from https://killerskins.com/lyrasaurusrose/mods/sounds/announcers/star-guardian-ahri-announcer/#additional-installation-instructions
