Screen 3 receives calf information and treatment plan from screen 2 and displays correct options #8

Upon receiving a calf representation (or null) and a treatment plan from screen 2, screen 3 displays the correct information. #7 and #6 will be doing the passing to this screen. View #7 for information on the representation of the treatment plan and calf objects.

Note: This issue is blocked by #6 and #7
