@mehakagg1313, you have 2 branches patch-1 and patch-2. You created the PR(pull request) for branch patch-2 but the solution is not proper. Firstly, you don't remove the extensions of file. Like in your solution file python request there has to be the extension .ipynb for your Jupyter notebook and secondly, you didn't add your solution file inside the submission directory.
Though you did add the python request file correctly in branch patch-1 there was extension missing.
Suggestions:

[ ] Add extension .ipynb to your python request file and move it from parent directory to submissions
