Refactored to support an options object instead of individual params to the factory (Breaking change!).
Refactored test/coverage running methods to be consistent in how they are invoked from gulp tasks.
Added helper methods for All, Behavior and Integration tests.
Added common gulpfile module for the typical 80% use-case(s).
Added a project self-referencing gulpfile.
Added jshint and jscs tasks.

@arobson not going to lie, it's some breaking changes and you might hate it. That's OK if so. If you need anything changed, lemme know.
