Losing monitor signal when playing games with hybrid gpu

When i use the gpu or cpu in high usage the screens loses signal or become black, probably any voltage problem

i am using rtx 3050 and intel core 5 12400 with 500W supply

Generaly you can fix that by reducing the iGPU core mhz in the bios settings, so when you use a lot of cpu and gpu will be free voltages to your computer, but if your system do not accept you can use the nvidia-smi to reduce gpu power usage or the cpupower to reduce the cpu clock speed, this will reduce a lot of power voltages,
