Adding Tableturf Card Pack data? #4

Hi, I've been wondering whats the actual chances of getting rare or fresh cards and after looking through the Database and RSDB I cant seem to find it. I'd assume it's where the Shift Rewards or the Shel-Drone but I can't find that data in the files, so I guess the best option is to ask here
