Background

Migrate deployment from jCenter to Maven Central because jCenter will be closing soon.

When making a release follow the guide in the Release docs.

Currently Sonatype is a bit slow when publishing artefacts and for that reason the deployment to Artifactory is needed for Rondo app to be compiled just after a new Leanplum SDK version is released.

Added several new environment variables to Travis-CI:

SONATYPE_OSSRH_USER
SONATYPE_OSSRH_PASSWORD
SIGNING_KEY_BASE64
SIGNING_PASSWORD
