Open xi67 opened 1 year ago

xi67 commented 1 year ago

If you have problems with the installation please use our community forum

What set up are you using

Describe the bug When you sort tasks in table view on priority, it's sorting them alphabetically and not by priority : Critical, High, Low, Lowest, Medium

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to tasks table view
  2. Click on the header priority

Expected behavior should be sorted as Critical, High, Medium, Low, Lowest

Leantime Version 2.3.25

Server Docker

PHP / MySQL Version Docker

Still relevant - I cannot sort at all in Table view

Still relevant here, running a locally installed version 3.1.4

Thanks for updating. I'm testing on our SaaS production so I say this knowing that there can be some variance between the two versions. On our cloud hosted, priority is sorting for me but effort is not.

Do you have any other settings on? Groupings or filters while you're trying to sort? Just wanting to recreate.

Hi, there are no other options set. No grouping, no filtering. The wrong sorting occurs no matter which language I use.

Speaking of languages, I noticed an odd behaviour if I use another language than English. In this case the tasks with no assigned priority are listed on top while in English they are listed at the bottom of the list.

English leantime

French (same in German & Spanish) leantime2

Thanks for clarifying your set up there on the groupings/filtering.

There's really weird on the language sorting. We'll have to take a look there as well. Thanks for bringing these things up.
