[Bug]: In the README.md file, incorrect link to the Leantime releases (Local Production installation) #2800

Describe the issue

In the README.md file, in the Local Production Installation section, the release page link points to the docker-leantime releases instead of the leantime releases. Please fix this. This is a quick-win.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to the README.md file or to the welcome page of the Leantime-leantime repository.
  2. Go to the Local Production Installation section
  3. Observe that the link points to the Docker-leantime releases page instead of the leantime releases page.
