[FEATURE] Tragectory line on todo timetracking #660

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a freelancer on a time-based contract, I would like to know that I am going to spend my hours by the end of the engagement

Describe the solution you'd like A view where the hours allocated to the task are shown on a chart that starts at the start date and ends at the end date, with a line from zero to the budget hours

Additional context When I am on a hours-based engagement the contract has an end date, if I don't spend all the hours by then I will not get paid for them. Thus the incentive is for me to make sure I eat all the hours while delivering the outcomes, instead of delivering them early. But that can be difficult to get right on a long engagement when I'm not sitting in their office. To date I used excel to do the regression line and make sure its hitting the end date.
