[FEATURE] SAML2.0 Authentication #958

Describe the solution you'd like First of all, Thank you for you hard work and this project is amazing!

I would like to make a suggestion to add authenticate into leantime via SAML 2.0. I have Authentik setup and would love to be able to SSO using SAML into leantime.

Additional context I was reading and there is a package to add SAML 2.0 auth using SimpleSAMLphp.
