[FEAT] Add ESLint #14

The current linter will make sure:

semicolon is used at the end of lines
use single quotes and backticks over double quotes
there will no unused variables, no empty functions and no empty blocks
to prefer the use of === and !==
indents uses tabs
to prefer let or const over var
