Fix tests #43

Tests run at all. the one test still fails but it actually executes now

@jamesqquick take a look. I don't 100% love it mostly because I can't get the prisma mock stuff really working. The tests need an active DB connection. But they run at all and I think I stubbed out tests for all the user db functions
