UI improvements #23

This PR contains several UI improvements:

Footer

The footer has been updated to be sleeker, along with a proper copyright.

Checkboxes

Custom checkboxes have been added for a much better appearance. The admin page layout has also been tweaked to match the content page.

Authentication, text boxes and buttons

The authentication pages have a slightly better layout (this can still use improvement).
Text boxes have been improved visually.
Buttons have been given hover and click animations.
The alert animation has been tweaked along with a color change to make it pop more.
