Move login logout and edit profile into a header shared by all app pages through the app layout. Set username for all requests. Fix path for css file.

Hey @chill117 , I've extracted the current user functionality into a new middleware, I'm not sure that it's what you had in mind though. Could you take a look and point me in the right direction if I'm off please? Thank you.

I did some clean-up and re-structuring, so there are some merge conflicts with your PR now. I don't think it should be anything too severe. Let me know if you need guidance on resolving the conflicts.

Looks like GitHub added some new "Resolve Conflicts" feature. We can try to use it today with the rest of the group.
