process.title #35

Adds the ability to pass in a title option. This gets set on the master process as " master" and on the worker(s) as " worker".

If you want to pull in, I can make one more commit to add the docs and commander option...

The joy of naming things... went to go add docs and commander options, but "t" is already taken for timeout. :-) Any ideas?
