This is a first draft of the API Basic w/ Publish [internal] document. It is intended to be document #1 of a 5 document series.
API Consumers are only created and maintained by internal Skillable resources so this document is not intended for the intial phase of the GetWell project. However, I am submitting this PR so that these changes are not lost and reviews can be done at a later date.
The Create an API Consumer - Basic Configuration w/ Publish document describes the "Basic Information" and the "Publish" tabs. It is meant to guide a user in configuring an API Consumer for basic initial setup and Lab publishing.
