Update 3-2-debugging-challenges.md #8

-Fixed two errors in the debugging challenges

-Updated Glitch debugging challenges with better instructions

Thanks @edselhans !! :) I also made a couple more tiny formatting edits and decided to just remove challenge 4 from the variables section since we haven't gone over functions yet; I think we'll do a bunch of function challenges in a future class instead.

Again, these are awesome!! Got good feedback so far on these challenges being the favorite part of the class.
