Auto load content in Library #114

When on the /Library path, File Manager should auto load files with certain extension instead of showing the list of files.

Some of the Library packages have more than one matching file (i.e. an index.html and index.php at their root). Seems instead then, best way may be to have a custom naming format which is then picked up and opened if it exists.

For example, if you rename a file to lb-run.anything then that file will be opened upon opening the folder it is in. This would only apply to files on the /Library path.

Welcome ideas on naming conventions: lb-run.html; #lb-run.html?
