Create Dockerfiles for Moodle to be included in App Store #214

In order to include Moodle in the App Store, will require Dockerfiles for the build processes. They do not appear to have any pre-built.

Now added to App Store. At the moment the database build is done on the device, which can create some user experience issues in that the build process indicators timeout. It does build and work though, just have to let it do the setup in the background and then refresh the page after a while to see the installed and working app.

Tested with RPI 4
