Consider dropping support for 32bit devices #249

With the introduction of Raspberry Pi Zero 2 and Orange Pi Zero 2, there is the potential to drop 32bit builds as the cost of these units are the same as old units. It would mean not being able to provide support for Raspberry Pi 2 and Balena Fin, which shouldn't have any significant impact on users as they are very rare platforms, but has the advantage of narrowing the build and maintenance scope.

Waiting on release of an OS for these platforms upstream.

Dropped Raspberry pi 2 and Balena Fin. Waiting on release of Orange Pi Zero 2 image before considering dropping Orange Pi Zero support. I suspect it will be dropped as there are some networking challenges in the Orange Pi Zero 1 which make it difficult to maintain.

Due to a reluctance on Balena end to provide continual updates to Orange Pi Zero LTS, I decided to drop support for this device. Very frustrating as case development had already been done, but the lack of support, errors in terms of wi-fi chip and the fact that at some point in the future if OPI support continues it will be for OPI Zero 2 made me think it was time. Moreover, it now means all the supported boards are 64bit and can drop 32 bit devices.
