Still authenticated in echo after logging out of IDM #1064

Repro:

  1. Visit echo.learnersguild.org/projects (logging in, if necessary)
  2. Use the menu in the top right corner to log out
  3. Visit echo.learnersguild.org/projects again

Expected result: redirected to log in via IDM Actual result: successfully authenticated, project list displayed

Hm, I tried this a second time and couldn't reproduce. Closing for now.
