Fixes #1111 .
remove pool, poolMember, and vote models in Think Data Model, GraphQL, and Server Actions as well create a new migration.
(also note whether it is necessary to run any database migrations)
(any updated third-party libraries / packages?) (any updates to the configuration files?)
(heads up on anything not super intuitive or obvious)
