It doesn't make sense to calculate ECC as a player stat

Cycle lengths change from chapter to chapter, and will change within a chapter. Which would make ECC meaningless.

XP is better.

Kill ECC. Long live ECC.

Moving this outside of the Stats epic, since the epic doesn't cover ECC anyway.

closing this as new algorithm will use elo, not xp or ecc
