Things are a bit messy. Let's make them more interpretable.

[x] A more organized file/folder structure
[x] A README in each directory clearly explaining what the directory is about and providing ease of navigation
[x] A CONTRIBUTING file explaining how to contribute to this repo
[x] An updated SUMMARY with all links

Going to take this on at the very end of this sprint, since open PRs will change the file structure.
