Use growth mindset language over fixed mindset language

Context

When we discuss learning, we should utilize and reinforce a growth mindset. Our choice of language and framing should reflect this approach.

For example, express outcomes/objectives in terms of behaviors, not attributes. "I can" statements over "I am" statements.
