Resolves #223 and addresses #180

Quick suggestion:

What if the learner start job hunting six months in? The first series of interviews probably will be bumpy. Six months in gives the learner the opportunity to figure out the gaps in their knowledge and fix them. They keep doing this until they finally nail their interviews, that way they could actually be in a position where companies compete for them, and the leave the game with the highest chance for success.

To @omoju's point, learners should absolutely be interviewing during the program (no later than 30 weeks in, IMHO), but I don't think that impacts this particular issue.

:+1: to no culling. Let's make the terms of the investor contract crystal clear, only remove people when terms are breached, and make sure that the people we let in are solid.
