Clarity around how Stage 4 groups can self-facilitate while still bringing in outside resources to prepare them for finding jobs and the post-LG world

Modified player support schedule that enables LF's to be available to facilitate Stage 4 groups or otherwise offer access to the above-mentioned content outside of home group time.
