Thinking that the Moderator should probably be accountable for tracking and dealing with breaches of the Code of Conduct. They are the Referee of the game.

Hmm.... Is there a way to keep this peer to peer? Also, can the rules of conduct be crowdsources/moded?

  • Who defines these conditions?
  • Who acts as referee/judge?
  • What are the financial/contractual consequences of getting kicked out?
  • What relationship (if any) do these conditions have to game rules/stats?
