Configuration from localhost to production #2

Some URLs are hardcoded, they should be obtained from a single configuration file to ease the deployment in production and/or to switch to development mode in localhost:

Login.js (line 37)
metrics.jsx (line 41)
EvalMetrics (line 125)

For the production URLs use the HTTPS version: https://gessi-dashboard.essi.upc.edu/ instead of http://gessi-dashboard.essi.upc.edu:3000/

I reopen the issue, hardcoded base-URLs (e.g. "localhost", "https://gessi-dashboard.essi.upc.edu" should be obtained from a configuration file or similar ;-)
