longitudinal discrepancies #37

This issue is meant to combine the previous discrepancy threads #22 #33 #34 into a single thread, now that there is a single report detailing the discrepancies between the ParticipantInfo and DIRT spreadsheets for all three timepoints.

Links to updated results of this check will be posted as comments below.

The most recent results are always available at inst/audit/check_integrity_longitudinal.md

We'll keep running this report and fixing errors until everything is consistent. Then we'll need to fix the scores in the database that were imported but later discovered to be incorrect.

I've updated the report behind this issue to look at cross-sectional studies as well, so I'm closing this issue about longitudinal discrepancies. There will be a new issue focused on discrepancies across all the studies.
