Currently, the prosody transcription procedure has two independent choices for:

boolean("A syllable was deleted (production is a fragment)", 0)
Can we imagine that both could be the case -- e.g., if a syllable was added internally, to resyllabify and hence "simplify" a CC sequence but a syllable at the end was then deleted?
If not, should we make this be a drop-down instead, so that the transcriber cannot choose both.
