Direct to Printer settings will not save #255

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Zscreen to printer
2. Hit PrtScn and Printing Options Dialog comes up.
3. Even if I hit the Save as Default and do not ask again, it continually 
brings it up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Print Options Dialog keeps coming up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.27.3.1 Beta On XP SP3

This will be fixed after our Greenshot devs finalise their 
GreenshotEditorLib.dll :)
