Do you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 installed? Is it ZScreen or ZUploader?
What OS is it?

I've had ZScreen installed for a while, but my HDD corrupted a while ago and a
few of my programs don't work anymore. So far ZScreen and Sony Vegas Pro 9
don't work anymore.

I used CCleaner to fix some registry errors but it didn't help, still closes
instantly in Task Manager - Processes.

in the zscreen data folder, there should be a log folder. It could be useful

Well, start it up again and see if a log is produced. if not, what OS are you

Unfortunately this is a user created error. Nothing to do with ZScreen.
