Split screenshot / screenshot & perform actions hotkeys #751

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
I guess it'd be nice to have 2 different hotkeys for "screenshot" and 
"screenshot & perform actions".

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Atm I often have to change settings if I'm going to annotate screenshot, as by 
default I don't use workflow wizard.
