Crashes When Opened! #755

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I open up ZScreen it instantly says "ZScreen has stopped working" and 
closes.
2.  I have tried uninstalling and doing a clean install and this error still 
occurs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Screen-4.9.0.3000-dev-setup

Are you have .net 3.5 installed?

If applications crashing without give .net exceptions. This mainly means .net 
3.5 not installed.

So I should downgrade from 4 to 3.5?

Just install .NET 3.5 as well. You cannot just have one version of .NET 
framework.
