ZScreen crashes when started #769

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Starting the program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program starts, I get the error it "encountered a problem and had to close"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.9.0.3033 - on Win XP SP3
Copy text from Debug tab
I don't get a Debug tab, just the crash report

Please provide any additional information below.

Is ZUploader working? If not then you don't have .net 3.5 installed i think.
