Won't resize image

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open ZScreen 4.9.0
2. Move image from browser or folder on Drop-here ZScreen field
3. I want to... Resize Image (check)
4. Resize: 40%

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Resized and uploaded image.
Uploaded image with original dimensions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.9.0 rev 3033
Win7 x64
