Description: This is an attempt to invite contributors to use (part of) our pull request template or discard it explicitly.

Types of changes:

[x] Documentation or cosmetic update (not impacting the code)
[ ] Bug-fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
