flapp/flappserver.tac can include stale paths #166

When a requirement changes (e.g. txAWS 0.2.1.post4 -> 0.2.1.post5), a stale path can be left in flapp/flappserver.tac. Figure out whether that is a problem.

flapp server has already been containerized, this is no longer a problem
