Once https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/1991 is fixed, deploy that version and remove the text referring to this limitation in the FAQ.

(Deployment means pushing to https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/commits/2237-cloud-backend-s4 and updating Tahoe on existing storage servers.)

We are not sure of the status of 1991. Recent testing suggests this is no longer a problem for that branch. Backlogging until we know for sure.
