expand signup guidance to cover "tahoe invite" style of use #575

495 introduces improved prose on the topic of what to do with your signup wormhole code. It is limited to discussion of Gridsync. Once https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/418 is merged and released, it will be possible to use the wormhole code with the Tahoe-LAFS CLI. Add prose to that page explaining how to use the CLI to get the configuration.
