Announce common fields for all event types. #19

All events have some common fields according to the webhooks payloads documentation: sender, repository, and organization

Let's always log those common field instead of dropping some events. I'm putting this in "undecided" because it may be too noisy, so we'll experiment with it first.

I'm now experimenting with an experimental release called 0.2.1.dev2 even though that release may not land on master. This is a funny situation where in the future if we look at the direct ancestors of master we may not see some release tags. That will be a way to discover "experimental / abandonded" releases, I guess.

I moved this feature into the 0.2.1 release, since it is now complete.
