Do any of these work best for the tahoe-lafs.org trac? Are any already installed? Does that team want to migrate to any in particular?

Then document which is most preferred (weighing LAFS community higher) by creating a new ticket to implement support for it, and close this ticket.
If LAFS and Tor disagree on which they prefer, then perhaps leastbot could implement both, LAFS first. Tor support is good for current LeastAuthority work, and it could also be good for things like Tor twisted endpoints, Tor+foolscap, TAILS packaging, etc...
