I think I've more or less finalized rolling method APIs, so you can checkout 
the 
project, make changes and send patch to me, I'll apply it to the trunk.

For method implementation use either SimplePipelinedMethod or 
AbstractStagedMethod.

Has this issue been resolved, or is there a way to tweak outputs of another 
setting
to roughly equate to this?

Or will should my campaign group just do summed rolls or something?
