Fudge dice are quite simple, they use + and - instead of numbers on their
faces. six-
sided dice. Opposing each side there's a + (plus), a - (minus) or a blank
space.
Thus, 2 for each. Plus add together and minus does too. For example, 3 +s wouls
indicate a +3 to the final check. 4 -s would indicate a -4.

a +, a -, and two blanks would mean... Zero. Cause a + added to a - becomes
zero.

salsatheone, thank you for the explanation, I'll implement that.

Could there be any variations or bonuses in Fudge rolls that I need to take
into
account?

Yes, if a Fate point is spent (yes most games are using that name nowadays,
what a
bugger) it gets a little trickier, because there are a number of possibilities.

An aspect can be called or tagged either for free or by spending a Fate point,
if the
aspect is successfully explained into the action (for free or not), the player
gets a
+2 in the final skill check OR he gets a re-roll for all four* dice

A fate point can be spent to add a flat +1 to the skill check in case the
player
can't find a way of describing an aspect into an action.

*I think I failed to mention that the game uses only 4 dice, however there are
some
FATE system variations for different settings (like Starblazers) that use 5
dice in a
different away. Nevertheless that could be included as an option for FUDGE (or
FATE).

In case you don't understand the similarities between FATE and FUDGE check this
address: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FATE_(role-
playing_game_system)#Differences_between_FUDGE_and_FATE

Fantastic! I've been looking for a Fudge roller today - excited to see that
this
isn't an ancient promise, but something our group can probably use soon.
Thanks!!
