Enhancement: cutsceneBefore #96

It would be cool to have cutsceneBefore, It's like cutsceneAfter, but opposite It'll have MP4 video playing and then play dialogue after! @Leather128 Sorry for ping...

maybe just make an mp4 that has a cutsceneAfter of dialogue?? 😕
